Custom Programming is a sub-program within Private Training.

Custom Programming is right for you if:

  • You already have a solid fitness background and experience with weightlifting technique
  •  You want to work 1on1 with an Expert Programming Coach to develop a program that is customized to your goals and abilities.
  • Your personal schedule might not allow you to attend consistent class or training appointments
  • You live right in Moose Jaw, or anywhere outside Moose Jaw. All you need is a facility with appropriate fitness equipment to use!
  •  You like the idea of receiving a weekly Customized program by email that you are responsible to execute at a facility of your choosing. Your weekly program is customized exactly to your needs and moulded based on your previous weeks’ experience.
  •  You would like to communicate weekly with your Coach to ensure your program is matched to your current abilities and needs every step of the way.
